Services.
Capitalize Funding assesses your business' eligibility for business funding, pre-qualifies and matches you with suitable funding products offered by our business partners, and coordinates and maintains that relationship when possible and appropriate.

Capitalize Funding does not make credit decisions in connection with the funding products offered. Capitalize Funding is not a financial advisor, nor does Capitalize Funding provide legal advice.
Capitalize Funding does not guarantee you will be matched with a funding provider, or that your application will be approved. Likewise, Capitalize Funding does not guarantee the amount of funds that may be extended to you if a funding provider approves your application.
Capitalize Funding is not a party to any contract made between you and the funding provider. All rights and obligations under the terms of the contract for funding are solely between you and the provider. Capitalize Funding does not endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any provider, product, or service offered.
You may request pre-qualification for business funding through the Site by filling out our online application. The application will request your personal and business information, including but not limited to your name and address, phone number and email, the funding amount requested and its intended business purpose, and information regarding the business revenue.
By submitting your application, you authorize Capitalize Funding and our selected business partners to obtain information from third-party sources, including credit bureaus. You consent to conduct business electronically and receive all disclosures, agreements, and notices in electronic form. Based on our assessment of your application information, we may restrict the number of partners who will conduct further inquiries to those we predict are most capable of fulfilling your business funding needs, if we submit your information at all.

Capitalize Funding may suspend or discontinue our services or limit the availability of funding products at any time and for any reason, without liability and without notice.
Electronic Communications.
By using this site or submitting an application, you consent to receive communications from Capitalize Funding and our funding partners via email, phone, and SMS at any contact information you provide. This includes communications about your application, funding status, and related services.
You agree that calls and texts may be made using autodialed, prerecorded, or artificial voice technology. Consent is not required to obtain services, but we may be unable to communicate with you about your application without it.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to opt out of texts. Reply "unsubscribe" in any email to opt-out of marketing emails. Contact us at support@capitalizefunding.com to opt-out of calls.

Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site must be filed within one year of the date the claim arose, or be permanently barred.
